Nothing is shipped
Nexus is a digital service run by Nexusbuild AI Private Limited. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping address, shipping charge or delivery time to wait for.
How you receive what you buy
- Your plan is added to your Nexus account right after your payment succeeds
- You can use it straight away by signing in to Nexus with the same account
- Razorpay emails you a payment receipt
- If you have paid and your plan is not active shortly afterwards, write to [email protected] with the email address on your account and your Razorpay payment ID, and we will sort it out
Renewals, cancellation and refunds
A pass is one payment and does not renew. A monthly plan renews every month until you stop renewal in Billing, for up to 12 payments in all, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, and the rest of the agreement by our Terms of Service.
Company and Grievance Officer
Nexus is run by Nexusbuild AI Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. If you have a complaint about the service, a payment, content on Nexus or how we handle your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 days of receiving it.
If you report intimate images of someone shared without their consent, or someone pretending to be another person, we act on a valid report within 2 hours of receiving it.
If you are not happy with the Grievance Officer's decision, you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee set up by the Government of India, at gac.gov.in.
