Nexus Cognition · The AI company brain

Every company forgets what it knows.
Nexus remembers, and makes it multiplayer.

Your company's knowledge is scattered across email, Slack, docs and people's heads. Cognition turns it into one living brain that never forgets. Then it goes multiplayer, so your whole team and their AI agents work from the same memory, in the same session, in real time.

The problem

Your company already knows the answer. It just can't find it.

Everything your company has learned (why a decision was made, what was promised to a customer, how a problem got solved last time) is spread across a dozen tools and a hundred people's memories. No single place holds it, so it quietly leaks away.

Today it lives here, siloed and unsearchable

New hires take months to ramp

They spend their first weeks asking around for context that already exists somewhere, just not anywhere they can find it.

The same problems get solved twice

Something your team already figured out gets worked out again from scratch, because the lesson was never written where anyone would look.

Decisions get re-litigated

Nobody remembers why a choice was made, so it gets reopened and re-argued every few months, burning time and trust.

When people leave, context leaves

Years of hard-won judgment walk out the door with them, and the company quietly gets a little dumber.

Illustrative example

Ask your company anything.

Plain-language questions, real answers, and the exact sources they came from. The questions, names and sources below are an illustrative example, not real data.

Why now

Every category-defining tool went multiplayer. AI hasn't yet.

For two decades, the biggest jumps in software came from the same move: take something people did alone and make it something a team does together, live, on one surface. AI is overdue for that jump. Right now it is deeply private: one person, one prompt, one result nobody else can build on. That was fine when AI just wrote a paragraph. It falls apart the moment an agent is running for hours on work the whole company depends on. Nexus closes that gap by giving a team and its agents one shared memory and one live room to work in, so the most capable tool your company has stops being the one it uses alone.

What we're building

The company brain.

One living memory across every tool your team uses and everything they build on Nexus. It is the foundation, the part that makes everything after it possible.

01

Ask your company anything

New teammates stop asking around for weeks. They ask why a decision was made or what was promised to a client, and get a real answer with sources. When it is not sure, it says so instead of guessing.

02

It catches mistakes before they ship

Cognition watches what your team builds on Nexus. If a new pricing page contradicts what sales quoted a customer three months ago, it speaks up before the mistake reaches the world.

03

Nobody has to feed it

It learns from the work your team already does on Nexus: projects, deploys, decisions, threads. It keeps evolving on its own, so your company gets smarter every week without anyone maintaining a wiki.

What's next · in the next version of Nexus

Multiplayer agents, on top of your brain.

Most teams still use AI one person at a time: you open a chat, you get a result, and it stays with you. We are building the version where the whole team is in it together, and because every agent runs on your company brain, everyone is working from the same picture.

01

Jump into a running agent

An agent might work a problem for hours before it finishes. Open that same session while it is still running, see exactly what it is doing, steer it, then take over or hand it back. It feels like pairing with a colleague, not reading a transcript after the fact.

02

Everyone shares one context

Every agent draws from the same company memory, so your team stops working out of a scatter of private windows. What one person uncovers, the rest of the team and every other agent already know.

03

Wherever teams already huddle

A launch, a deal, a broken build, a live incident. Any time people already gather around one problem, they get an agent in the room with them instead of ten separate chats they later have to stitch back together.

Use cases

One brain, every team.

Engineering

Ship without re-learning the codebase every time. Ask why a service was built the way it was, who owns it, and how the last outage got fixed. Your agents debug with the same history your senior engineers carry in their heads.

Sales

Walk into every call knowing what was promised, what was quoted, and where the last conversation stalled. No more digging through six inboxes before a renewal.

Support

Resolve tickets with the full story: the customer's past issues, the fix that actually worked, and the engineer who shipped it. Answers in seconds instead of escalations.

Leadership & Ops

See how a decision was really made and whether the company is keeping its promises. The context that used to live in a few people’s heads becomes something everyone can query.

How it will work

One brain, connected to where work already happens.

Planned connections, not live yet

01

Connect

Nexus Desktop already indexes the files on your computer into a private company brain. Planned connections add email, chat, docs and tickets, plus everything you build and ship on Nexus. No migration, no wiki to maintain by hand.

02

Understand

It reads across every source and links them together: this thread led to that decision, which shipped this feature, which set that customer expectation. A living map of how your company actually works.

03

Answer & act

Anyone, or any agent, asks in plain language and gets a real answer with sources. Next, they act on it together in the same shared session.

Today your company's knowledge is scattered across chats, docs and people's heads. Cognition brings it into one living memory that never leaves, and soon one your whole team shares.
